Depending on the subscription that you purchase, we may also ask you for your physical address, employer address, investment background information, occupation/title, and electronic signature.

2.2 Payment Information.

If you purchase a subscription to our Services, we may ask you to provide your name, billing address, telephone number, and e-mail address, as well as certain financial information (e.g., credit or debit card number) for purposes of processing that payment. While we do not collect payment card information, Stripe, Inc., our payment processor, will collect payment card information and associated account information if you choose to make payments within our Services.

2.3 Social Media Data.

If you use social media logins (like GitHub and Facebook) to log in to the Services, we may access your public social media profile information. We also have pages on social media services such as GitHub, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Slack. When you interact with our social media pages, we will collect Personal Data that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details and messages sent. In addition, the companies that host our social media pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics regarding the use of our social media pages.

2.4 Contacting Us.

You may interact with us through our Services, including through an online contact form, e-mail, surveys, Slack, or any other communication mechanism. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, e-mail address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide to us.

We may obtain additional Personal Data from other users of the Services, third parties, and sources other than the Services. For example, we may obtain additional Personal Data from advertisers or social media networks (like GitHub and Facebook) for which you have approved our access. We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our Services, including our sites, app, and platform technology, such as when you view or click on content (e.g., learning video) or ads (on or off our sites and apps), perform a search, share articles, or apply for jobs. We use log-ins, cookies, device information and internet protocol ( "IP") addresses to identify you and log your use.

4.2 Device and Location.

When you visit or leave our Services (including some plugins and our cookies or similar technology on the sites of others), we receive the URL of both the site you came from and the one you go to and the time of your visit. We also get information about your network and device (e.g., IP address, proxy server, operating system, web browser and add-ons, device identifier and features, cookie IDs and/or Internet Service Provider, or your mobile carrier). If you use our Services from a mobile device, that device will send us data about your location based on your phone settings.

10.1 California Residents.

We collect Personal Information and non-Personal Information for the business and commercial purposes described in the Section above titled 'How We Use Your Information', and we share Personal Information with the categories of third-parties described in the Section above titled "How We Share and Disclose Information". We do not currently sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) the Personal Information we collect (and will not sell it, in the future, without providing a right to opt-out). Please note that we do use third-party cookies for our advertising purposes as further described in the Section above titled 'Information We Automatically Collect'.

C. Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California residents the following rights:

10.2 Nevada Residents.

Under State of Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt-out of the sale of 'personally identifiable information' for monetary consideration (as such terms are defined under Nevada law) to a person for that person to license or sell such information to additional persons. We do not engage in such activity; however, if you are a Nevada resident who has purchased services from us, you may submit a request to opt-out of any potential future sales under Nevada law by contacting us in accordance with the 'Contact Us' Section below. Please note we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and the authenticity of the request. Once verified, we will maintain your request in the event our practices change.
