This valuation requires us to make judgments, based on currently available information, about the likely method of disposition, such as through sales to individual customers, bulk sales, and the expected recoverable values for each disposition category. On a periodic basis, the Company performs a physical count of its inventory and records an Inventory Valuation Allowance for inventory that has become obsolete or inventory that has a cost basis in excess of the expected net realizable value.
