As a result of this reclassification, both our housing gross profits and selling, general and administrative expenses decreased by </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">$2.1 million</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;"> and </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">$4.4 million</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;"> for the three months ended February 28, 2013 and February 29, 2012, respectively, which represented </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">.5%</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;"> and </font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;text-decoration:none;">1.7%</font><font style="font-family:inherit;font-size:10pt;"> of housing revenues, respectively.
