Canary Staked SUI ETF (SUIS) is a digital asset exchange-traded fund that holds SUI cryptocurrency and issues shares listed and traded on a national securities exchange. The Trust generates income through two mechanisms: staking income earned by participating in SUI Network's proof-of-stake validation process, and exposure to SUI price appreciation, with net asset value established daily using a 60-minute time-weighted average pricing benchmark. The Trust is sponsored by Canary Capital Group LLC, which charges a sponsor fee as the primary operating expense, with a fee waiver in place for the period ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders have no voting rights or management role in Trust operations. The Trust began operations with zero net assets at the start of the period ended March 31, 2026, and qualifies as an investment company solely for accounting purposes under FASB ASC Topic 946. It is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Shares are created and redeemed in blocks called Baskets through Authorized Participants.
