DSS Inc (NYSE American: DSS) is a diversified holding company that operates across four reporting segments: Product Packaging, Biotechnology, Commercial Lending, and broker-dealer services. Revenue is generated through custom packaging sales via wholly-owned subsidiary Premier Packaging Corporation, commercial loans and equity positions through American Pacific Financial Inc., and capital markets services through majority-owned Sentinel Brokers Company, a FINRA-registered broker-dealer. Premier Packaging serves clients in pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, consumer goods, beverage, specialty foods, and related industries, and also produces security printing materials including prescription paper, birth certificates, and identification documents. The commercial lending arm targets undervalued banks, bank holding companies, and nonbanking financial companies in the United States and Southeast Asia.
