About InnSuites Hospitality Trust

InnSuites Hospitality Trust (NYSE-American: IHT) is a hospitality real estate investment trust, organized as an unincorporated Ohio trust on June 21, 1971 and headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, that owns interests in and operates two hotel properties in Arizona and New Mexico. Revenue comes from hotel room rentals, food and beverage sales, and ancillary hotel income, supplemented by management services and trademark license fees provided through its majority-owned subsidiary RRF Limited Liability Limited Partnership. As of January 31, 2026, the Trust holds a 79.18% sole general partner interest in RRF LLLP, which controls a 51.69% interest in the Tucson, Arizona hotel, while the Trust directly holds a 21.90% interest in the Albuquerque, New Mexico hotel. Both properties operate under Best Western branding. The Trust also holds a minority investment in UniGen Power, Inc., a clean energy electricity generation company, and manages an option to purchase an independent boutique hotel reservation and services business.
